How I got started.
As far back as I can remember, my father enjoyed snapping pictures of architectural designs and the shifting design trends all around the world. As a leading architect in Shanghai who has published several books on architectural photography, capturing inspiring images always came naturally for him. As the daughter of a professional photographer, I used to never really think about taking photos. But I started doing so a few years ago from capturing memories from vacations. As I began taking more pictures, I began to realized that I did have a passion for photos - not necessarily buildings or far away places - but for the beauty of the easily unseen things we often take for granted around us.

At the suggestion of family & friends, I started this website as a way to share what inspires me. I appreciate your taking the time to visit, and I hope you will enjoy scrolling through some of these images as much as I've enjoyed taking them.
Thanks,
Eileen
